AVP – Sales – SEA

  • We are looking for experienced Hospitality Technology Sales Professional to join our emerging and growing markets of South East Asia as AVP-Sales to take on a wide range of responsibilities & manage sales resources across the region.
  • *She/He must have years on experience of managing sales team in Hotel Tech domain who can Follow up & work with Regional sales Team on all sales leads & inquiries. Achieve the sales targets. Identify prospective opportunities, requirements. Travel & meet prospective clients, existing customers. Liaise closely with internal stake holders on projects etc.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills should be able to work under pressure with fluid and dynamic environment & deal with ambiguity.

Fluency in local languages must (English, Chinese, Malay)

  • A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
  • Person should be willing to travel frequently based on company’s requirement


  • Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations

  • Outline and manage sales budgets

  • Set quarterly and annual sales goals

  • Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals

  • Monitor the market

  • Provide detailed sales forecasting

  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction

  • Proven work experience as an AVP of Sales or similar role

  • Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market

  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
