Vice President - Professional Services
Ensuring client satisfaction, Varadharajan is responsible for product implementation, training and, establishing client relationships post-sales to build long term liaison. He guides our Professional Services team towards leveraging the IDS software products to its maximum capacity by deploying, implementing, and imparting training to our clients at their sites.
Varadharajan combines his longstanding experience as a hotelier with his work ethic of maintaining high standards of work and timely conclusion of projects to ensure that we uphold our promise of high-quality to all our clients. For his outstanding efforts, Varadharajan was recognised as the Best Support Coordinator between 2004 to 2005.
Varadharajan loves working as one team with his beloved spouse. He relishes long drives and never misses his fitness regime.
