Senior Manager – HR People & Culture

 

Shilpi currently serves as Senior Manager, Human Resources at IDS Next and has a diverse background in international human resources management. She is responsible for human resource planning, HRM strategy building, implementation, training, and development, and overlooks all HR functions within IDS Next.

With a Master’s qualification and 16 years of experience as an HR professional, Shilpi aims to create a supportive, happy, and healthy work environment that fosters a culture of innovation and inclusivity. She has also previously performed business development management in India, working with foreign clientele.

Her core leisure time activities include indulging in nature and gardening. She believes that maintaining the right balance between all spheres of life drives her to achieve her objectives; meditation and healing therapy are some of her specialities, focusing on positive energy and showcasing empathy and emotional intelligence.
