Malsha currently works as the Business Development Manager at IDS Next. She brings over 4 years of experience in the hospitality and leisure field and, along with the sales team, is dedicated to expanding the IDS Next footprint across Sri Lanka and Maldives regions.

She is dedicated to growing the company brand and improving its bottom line through smart market development and partnerships. In her free time, Malsha loves traveling to nature-friendly, relaxing places and spending time outdoors. Her hobbies also include watching movies and enjoying music.
