With over 17 years of customer support and operations. Shehan provides strategic leadership to deliver accurate, timely resolutions and ensure seamless daily operations, helping unlock the full potential of IDS Next’s hospitality ERP solutions.
He strengthens our international support ecosystem by streamlining processes, refining policies, improving communication frameworks, and building a robust knowledge base to uphold service excellence across regions.
Outside work, Shehan loves cooking, exploring culinary arts, and has a deep passion for music, particularly DJ-ing and production.
