ROLE OVERVIEW
The main purpose of the job holder is to achieve growth in the assigned market by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures revenue goals are met.
He/She will work together with the company’s local partners and supervise the in-country teams by setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring. .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets.
- Take complete ownership of the sales and revenue budgets for the market and ensure achievements of the same.
- Build sales pipelines and present proposals – work with pre-sales consultants to pitch hospitality solutions to clients based on their unique requirements.
- Research industry and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Mentor and coach sales team in planning and achieving their KPIs.
- Present a realistic proposal to a prospective client, having thoroughly researched cost factors, and ensure that the proposal is achievable.
- Ensure release of payments from new orders as per SLA
- Constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity.
- Post Sales co-ordination with clients with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support and manage relationship with local partners in the market.
SKILLS
- Experience: Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in Enterprise software sales / Hospitality Industry.
- Experience with leading IT/Software/ Hospitality companies or OTA Experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to impact an audience with your strong presentation skills.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Effective application of consultative or solution selling techniques.
- Presents a professional image inside and outside of the organization.
- Persistently demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the company, the work, the vision and the people.
- Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce/Zoho CRM)
