ROLE OVERVIEW

The main purpose of the job holder is to achieve growth in the assigned market by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures revenue goals are met. He/She will work together with the company’s local partners and supervise the in country teams by setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Take complete ownership of the sales and revenue budgets for the market and ensure achievements of the same.
  • Build sales pipelines and present proposals – work with pre-sales consultants to pitch hospitality solutions to clients based on their unique requirements.
  • Research industry and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Mentor and coach sales team in planning and achieving their KPIs.
  • Present a realistic proposal to a prospective client, having thoroughly researched cost factors, and ensure that the proposal is achievable.
  • Ensure release of payments from new orders as per SLA
  • Constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity.
  • Post Sales co-ordination with clients with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support and manage relationship with local partners in the market.

SKILLS

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 – 15 years’ experience in Enterprise software sales
    / Hospitality Industry.
  • Experience with leading IT/Software/ Hospitality companies or OTA Experience
    is an added advantage.
  • Ability to impact an audience with your strong presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Effective application of consultative or solution selling techniques.
  • Presents a professional image inside and outside of the organization.
  • Persistently demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the
    company, the work, the vision and the people.
  • Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
