The IDS Business Conduct Policy comprises the company’s ethical framework for our employees.

We aim to keep our offices free of discrimination, sexual harassment, abuse and intimidation. Any form of offensive conduct based on an employee’s race, colour, national origin, religion, disability, pregnancy, gender, sexual orientation or age is strictly prohibited.

All employees have a responsibility to ensure that their behaviour abide by this policy. Any violation of it is taken seriously with strict disciplinary action.

Compliance with data protection policies and safeguarding of all company’s and its stakeholder information is considered with the utmost importance, with strict measures taken in case of a breach.
