A hotelier who started his career from the Front Desk of a hotel in Bangalore, Mahesh moved to a MNC’s customer success department handling support and services of Hotels worldwide using on premises and .net enabled ERP solutions. Later, he joined IDS in year 2011 as part of the team befitted with task of establishing the 24/7 Technical Support Center catering to thousands of IDS’s customers over the globe.
After leading the team handling support of Fortune range of applications, he managed the customer success department for the cloud version of products since 2019, implementing the FX version of products. Beginning of year 2020, he took over the role of Senior Manager – Support & Services Africa and is currently looking after the projects and client engagement activities in the Africa region.
