JOB POSITION: Associate Sales Manager

JOB LOCATION: Sri Lanka

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Associate Sales Managers to generate sales by developing and executing sales strategies. You should be able to delegate tasks and manage a team while achieving individual goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads and follow up on all inquiries till closure
  • Achieve or better budgeted sales targets
  • Identify prospective clients’ exact needs by questioning, observation, and the completion of a sales survey
  • Liaise closely with operational staff on all details for a prospective new contract and gain their agreement on all details
  • Analyse statistics and identify key sales areas, problems, and success rates
  • Constantly be aware of and act on new business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Travel, Hospitality, or IT
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Able to travel within the country
  • Ability to work under pressure with fluid and dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Superior presentation skills, written communication skills and problem-solving skills at both a strategic and functional level
  • Strong negotiation skills with strong execution skills
